LM Training works with organisations to help them improve the quality and accuracy of their written communications. I undertake this work on a contractual basis. My most major clients have included Bayer AG, Crawl SE and Baxter Pharmaceuticals.

This has been an exciting and rewarding temporary role supporting the L&D team at Prudential UK & Europe - a multinational life insurance & financial services company. I was given primary responsibility for reviewing and redesigning the Welcome Induction Programme for all new employees within Prudential UK. I also provided a wide range of logistical and administrative support to the L&D team.

English at St Andrews offers its clients a unique residential English language training experience. Clients study and stay at the prestigious Old Course Hotel in St Andrews. As well as their English training, clients will enjoy a full sporting, cultural and social programme, designed not only for their enjoyment but to further improve their English. We also offer a remote English Communication Service including 'Edit my English' and 'Speaking skills practice'.

As the Head of English I was responsible for the management and co-ordination of the English language team as well as delivering English language sessions.

My role was created as part of an exciting new initiative within the Stirling Council Youth team. I had primary responsibility for the day-to-day running of 2 youth projects in the area and managed a team of 10 staff.
