I was in charge of coordinating and servicing multinational accounts in Latin America and the Caribbean, where Brazil plays a key role. I helped developped new strategies to reduce miscommunicating issues due to multicultural difference, generating better flow of information from the producer offices in USA and UK to the region.

In charge of a team, where we were able to optimize the process and increase the production in 5%, and reduce costs in 10%. Assertive communication and flow of information with the Sales Director from our international suppliers, reducing misunderstandings due to multicultural differences. Coordination of Import, PO, arrival of the merchandise, and distribution in country.

I complimented my studies not only with a double major on Environmental Engineering, but also minoring in International Relations and German Language and Culture. The idea was to expand my knowledge to be able to have the scientific background necessary and communicate adequately.
