  Within my position I am planning and carrying out SAP PDM / PLM trainings at Hella KG Lippstadt and Hella Romania for the efficient use of product data and engineering change management. I am also leading the "NEW SAP PLM TRAINING CONCEPT" improvement project, wich aims to restructure the present training concept into a module based training concept accoring to the employee's role within the company.

  I have been responsible with the data management in IMDS: request, check according to European and International regulations, introduce, track and update of material data, clarify open items, negotiate deadlines and corrections with suppliers and customers. I have also coordinated a team of 30 data base administrators from over 10 countries as well as activities regarding IMDS / SAP management locally and worldwide and provided trainings for SAP PDM / IMDS locally or worldwide.
