I managed three offshore reporting teams in Poland and India, optimizing their productivity and resource allocation. Despite working with a budget of $0, my strategies transformed the existing accounting and procurement systems, enhancing reporting and data analytics capabilities through tools like SAP Ariba and Coupa.

In my leadership role, I drove the financial operations of four companies within Switzerland, boosting growth and ensuring fiscal health. As a member of the Board of Directors, I played a crucial role in strategic financial planning and implementation. My duties involved overseeing internal audits, ensuring compliance, pioneering group reporting, managing cash flow, and directing human resources and office operations.

Led audits across diverse sectors and sizes, compliant with international accounting standards such as Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, and US GAAP. Specialized in insurance, financial investments, treasury, and process evaluations. Consulted on Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX 404) compliant internal control systems and assisted in the implementation of SAP software modules and IPO auditing. Instrumental in coordinating teams, managing staff, and controlling budgets across various mandates.

Provided substantial support to audit processes in companies of varied sizes and industries, aligned with national and international accounting standards such as Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, and US GAAP. Contributed to projects that aided companies in establishing documentation for Internal Control Systems in compliance with the Swiss Code of Obligation. Independently set up audits and additional reports, showcasing capability to manage critical financial tasks autonomously.

During studies at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University Loerrach, gained practical exposure through internships in areas such as stock management, logistics, accounting, controlling, purchasing, sales, and marketing.
