Analyzing SMS logs, LU logs (Voice & data), prepaid logs & MT call logs. • Automation & Testing of Processes & Application by Shell scripting. • Configuration and working on NAGIOS (Web Monitoring Tool) and Ticketing System ExtraView.

• Worked in NGN (Next Generation Network)/ VOIP & VAS domain as “System testing/Integration Engineer”. • Installation & Maintenance of Database, Disaster Recovery, backup system, LINUX application Servers. • Technical Trainer for ZTE-NGN Solution for BSNL-ALTTC Training Centre & New joining of ZTE-NGN team. • Preparing Test Case and performing them AS UAT at client location. • Protocol working Knowledge on SS7, SIGTRAN & SIP.
