Populating a database with new information or transfer existing data into it. Creating backup copies of data. System stability daily monitoring • Installation and configuration DB2 v9.5.0.5 • Local Client Copies. • SAP Notes application • Analysis of System Performance • SPs, JSPs updates • CUA, users, roles and authorizations • Providing first line-support to the functional teams. • Providing help on Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) backup configuration to the infra team.

IT Help Desk: Administration of the bank’s local area network infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. Support on the bank’s network infrastructure, the bank’s ATM Network, the bank’s Core System on an IBM ISeries AS400 machine, support on Active Directory, the bank’s VMware, and on all the bank’s SQL databases. Query building on the banks internal/external reports using SSRS. Using Management Studio to handle databases, views, stored procedures, and functions.
