Über mich
I am an Electrical Engineer, currently working in field of HVDC component engineering for past 6 years, working on projects for Siemens AG (now Siemens Energy). In my current role as HVDC engineer, I have worked on execution of three HVDC Station projects in India and Overseas; and I am currently involved in execution of a Grid Access HVDC Projects. I have worked on AIS, GIS and AC/DC High Voltage Switchyard Equipment. My current role requires me to be agile and aware about the changes in the standards and specification, as well as be aware of contract management exercises. My area of interest includes HVDC, Grid Integration of Renewables, GIS, Transformers, Surge Arrestors, FACTS, Energy Markets and High Voltage technologies. I also have two years of work experience as a Project Engineer in execution of Air Insulated Substations with Siemens Ltd. in India, as a part of project team responsible for engineering and project execution of two AIS substations.
