👋 Hi I’m Kristin, 👩🏫 My experience ▪️ Customer service within debt collection, here I learnt to work in a fast-paced work environment with challenging cases. I had to be a quick thinker and solution oriented to succeed in my work both written and verbal. ▪️ Customer service in retail, I worked at two different locations where the focus was on helping the customer while making sales, here I got to work on my sales skills and communication skills and learned how to discover costumer needs. 🎓 My educational road ▪️ I achieved a bachelor’s degree in business administration after three years at BI Norwegian Business School. ▪️ The spring of 2021 I delivered my master’s thesis on the controller role within the public sector and majored in Management Accounting and Control at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
