• Assisted Stefan Kreuzkamp (Global Chief Investment Officer DWS) by creating presentations for the supervisory board, executive board and clients • Proposed and implemented a new content strategy for the DWS with the right-hand of the CIO, including a new content process which will focus on a demand-driven rather than a supply-driven approach to deliver content pieces

- The platform included a secure intranet enabling the communication between alumni, a mentoring program and an organisational tool for alumni events (e.g. the “Young Alumni Day” in which alumni presented their career paths) - USP: Setting up a server in Germany owned by each school individually, providing the legal framework according to the GDPR and advising the alumni associations regarding events & marketing - Ended the project due to low willingness to pay

- Led a team including sales, accounting and business development employees to improve the pricing of a global steel producer - Created a heatmap which visualize deviations from the current price list; the heatmap was then used by business development to evaluate the price list quarterly - Introduced a monthly meeting with all key account managers in which the heatmap was discussed and pricing strategies were shared, resulting in a monetary potential of approx. €4m

- Audited in a team of five auditors a global tire producer including regular 1:1 interaction with accounting employees - Checked positions such as cash accounts, trade payables and other liabilities - Found incorrectly entered trade payables due to holidays in the Boxing Week, resulting in a significant lower revenue so that the CEO and the Head of Accounting needed to justify the positions
