By end of my assignment business grew +30% for "value" and +15% for "mid" tier.

Launched Dish Washing Liquid category in Russia (from scratch, including full launch qualification), made it 35% volume and 50% value share Brand one year from launch, blocked competitive entry. Turned-around declining household Brand, brought it back to growth and profit. Incorporated local Laundry Brand into P&G brand portfolio, grew its sales 400%.
