• Identifying high ROI, scalable and sustainable social investment opportunities for accelerated social and economic transformation of Malawi. • Overseeing the design, development, and roll-out of innovative ed-tech solutions for Malawi’s early childhood and basic education sectors to improve literacy and numeracy outcomes. • Managing relationships with key stakeholders including the Government of Malawi and implementing partners.

• Project managed a countrywide mental health survey in Rwanda on behalf of a top 10 global healthcare company in collaboration with the Rwanda Ministry of Health. • Supported the creation of career services program for a pan-African university in Algeria. • Provided logistics and program management support to a leading private German Foundation to carry out activities in Rwanda. • Designed and reviewed processes for the rollout of a US$100 million dollar pan-African research and innovation fund.

• Currently developing a global growth strategy for a German SaaS company specializing in distributed energy systems and renewables - part of ESMT Berlin’s MBA program.

• Opened, led the Kigali Branch for IPC and led business development in the East African region. • Co-led implementation of a Johnson & Johnson career development program for African women in STEM. • Co-created 10 Academy, an IPC initiative to identify, train and launch careers of Africa’s brightest talents. • Placed 87% of 10 Academy fellows in jobs and paid internships in companies across Africa and in Germany

• Supported the Vice President of a pan-African tertiary institute in Rwanda as an internal consultant • Published weekly research digests highlighting African opportunities for 3 years from November 2013 • Co-created and delivered the Next Einstein Forum (NEF), Africa's premier global science forum • Created the NEF Challenge of Invention to Innovation, a pan-African pitch competition

Tutored 300 plus undergraduates in Mathematics and Statistics in whole class sessions and on individual basis as a Hot Seat consultant.

Taught undergraduate level Calculus, Trigonometry, Linear Algebra, Set Theory and Statistics to 600 plus students with zero failure rate.

• Co-ordinated the firm’s technical property consulting work during the 2010 to 2011 Quinquennial Rating Valuation Project for the client, Lilongwe City Assembly. • Trained a team of ten people in real estate mensuration and quantitative data collection techniques and led the team in the property valuation exercise. • Inspected over two thousand properties, then analyzed and verified the collected data.

• Planned logistics and inspected over one thousand five hundred properties for rating valuations during the Seventh Supplementary Valuation Roll for the City of Blantyre. • Drafted and word processed property valuation reports for the Principal Consultant. • Managed a portfolio of over twenty leased properties in Lilongwe.
