Established a Just In Time logistic to the customer sites. Implemented a sustainable system to fulfil the VDA standards (Verein Deutscher Automobilhersteller) which have been audited quarterly by all customers.
Developed and implemented several quality process procedures for the rolling and press products as well as for special products (wheels rims, spoiler). Responsible for a systematic and methodical approach to ensure manufacturing performance and managed timely solutions for production and quality problems.
