Responsibility for technical and procedural implementation of UTA / Routex acceptance for new / further tolling schemes incl. technical support of acceptance partners. Technical and procedural development and support of Routex VAS services Offer preparation, contract negotiation and implementation for several fuel card issuers regarding outsourcing services and for outsourced fuel card clearing system for tolling systems

Responsibility for operation, management and development of the EDP Center (based on several AS/400 – iSeries and central services) Introduction of the emergency concept incl. secondary data center Implementation of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) for card authorization Leading the corporate projects Y2K and Euro introduction

Implementation of the Outsourcing Service (Terminal Network and Clearing System - Software and processes) for the Operator of the Eurovignette System AGES Implementation of the Routex Value Added Services Clearing System for the supply of non fuel services (toll, combined traffic, break down services, …) for the Routex Group incl. acceptance partner connection

Responsibility for development, management, technical maintenance, user training and support for the office HW / SW and network (50 Novell Servers, 2000 PCs and end devices) of the Clinical Centre of Heidelberg
