I am interested in folk tales. I like children's folk tales set in Japan or Italy. I have read many famous (to native Japanese) but rare collections of folk stories from Japan. I have viewed the private collection of Taizi Harada in the Suwa City art museum. I have a book of his collection of art based on the folk art of the small villages across Japan. Many of the old villages that he painted have no folk art remaining
