My core responsibility is to manage our stock in the UK warehouse. I perform daily checks to ensure we don’t unnecessary short customers and the business is warned about upcoming shorts. I work closely together with our 3PL to ensure there are no discrepancies in our stock position and to drive improvement for reoccurring issues. Beside this I also manage our finish goods waste and maximise redistribution of short dated stock. I am also highly involved in the current supply chain transformation project.

I managed the Dutch and TFL visitor online shops. Which included managing two warehouses, one based in the UK and one in the Netherlands, I was responsible for the stock stored in both and worked closely together with the 3PL to optimise service and delivery to customers. Besides that I lead the implementation of the newly developed fulfilment and stock applications. I also developed a new system for month end finance and optimised our postage delivery charges to increase sales.
