We have taken the next step in developing our new HR Operating Model. The former CoE's (Centers of Expertise) are now merged in one People Solutions Team. For various business functions, I am the bridge between business and People Solutions: - collate capability strategy and develop L&D roadmaps - responsibility on implementation of the roadmap - define overarching company wide capability needs - collaborate with internal academies - build a modern learning ecosystem with my L&D colleagues

Maersk is massively growing as part of the strategy to provide end to end logistics solutions. Recruitment is a key success factor. We increase capacity and capability at the same time and are also focused on improving the whole process and therefore improving candidate experience: - Reposition Employer Brand - Professionalize Global Recruitment Process - Strengthen Internal Executive Search - Develop assessment strategy, toolbox - Update Policies, launch global Referral Program - TA Dashboards

As we are integrating HSUD globally into Maersk I have moved mainly in the Area North West Continent in Maersk in a combined role with HSUD HR to support our growth story and the go-live of the new HR Operating model in March 2022. - Recuiting at scale mostly in customer experience - Recruitment specific new competence areas, senior level - Prepare leaders for growing teams and business - Upskill our employees - Move the whole HR function into a new organizational model and IT system in March 2022

Role ceased to exist in March 2022. Hamburg Süd has been integrated into Maersk. We have done a large scale transformation and integration not only in business but also on the people and organization end. Within HR we are basically changing our „business model“ by moving into one HR department in 2022, changed system to workday and split HR roles differently. The global integration has been finalized in Q3 2021 and the Headquarter in Hamburg will move closer to Copenhagen HQ.
