We have done a large scale transformation and integration not only in business but also on the people and organization end. Within HR we are basically changing our „business model“ by moving into one HR department in 2022, changed system to workday and split HR roles differently. The global integration has been finalized in Q3 2021 and the Headquarter in Hamburg will move closer to Copenhagen HQ.
