Kerim Eraksan

I have been a Regional Director for over 3 years, a role that allowed me to work with different markets and cultures and to continuously improve our customer experience and the competitiveness of the organisation. Working with diverse teams also gave me the basis in understanding key attributes of various markets, thus giving me the opportunity to enact best practices across the different parts of the organisation. Throughout my career, I have also had a stong forcus on sustainability. I thus took matters into my own hands, and finished a master’s degree in environmental sciences and spent part of my life in the renewable energy sector, while vigorously continuing to push the topic of sustainability in the organisations I work for. This blend of knowledge, values and adaptation to daily challenges, enabled me to get to where I am today and remains the driving force behind achieving success for the greater good.
