-Supplying spare parts for Kerman Motor after sales network. -Negotiating with mother companies and deleting more than 400 spare parts from foreign purchasing and using local suppliers and manufacturers to reduce the final price for customers. -Achieve to 9% reduction in purchasing cost price by controlling inventory and improving order prediction and delete 42% of air shipment and urgent orders (2009-2014).

-Dealer need assessment for all provinces and cities based on vehicles quantity in each city and dealership network availability. -Interview with new dealer applicants and. -Training needs assessment for technical and non-technical employees of new and current dealers. -Planning and executing training courses according training needs assessment. -Monitoring after sales situation in the market and availability of parts and services for customers during warranty and out of warranty period.

-Creating a new format for reporting and presenting the new dealership requests, owners and location that increased the efficiency of applicant evaluation meeting. -Filing, paper work and controlling more than 50 new dealership development projects. -Dealership needs assessment for all cities of Iran according to the related vehicles quantity of each city and province.
