I am an experienced JDA Intactix planogram specialist with the following responsibilities: Works with Senior Buyers to develop permanent and seasonal stock assortments. Reviews the development of planograms, space allocation, general adjacencies and promotional planning to appropriately allocate product in conjunction with store design standards. Analyzes placement of all new products based on the sales potential, cost, inventory turn, profit margin, and total margin in comparison to existing product.

Provide management for both floor and planogram solutions within Cabela’s Retail stores; encompassing both new and existing. Supervise, hire, assemble and maintain a team of space planners that works closely with merchants and store management.

Use AC Nielson Spaceman planogram software managing the following product categories for all stores: Flash Memory, Hard Drives, LCD Projectors, Media, Memory, MP3, PDA, GPS, Portable DVD, Recordable Drives, TV, VCR, Software and Books.

Direct support of JDA clients via telephone or email on Intactix portfolio of software that enables retailers and manufacturers to create detailed diagrams illustrating the exact placement of products on fixtures and floors as well creating “how to” instructions for associates.

Trains, supports and documents best practice standards for visual merchandising department on use of JDA Intactix Knowledge Base, Space Planning/ProSpace Plus and Space Automation planogram tools. Manage cross functional teams on 50 store project pilot to design and test cluster specific planograms.
