I was part of the planning/executions-team for the launch of the new helmholtzresearchschool-epigenetics.org, promoting its visibility internally & externally. Event Management (high profile distinguished Speaker seminars/events /w >200 delegates), budget- & website management + overall communications/marketing for the “Epigenetics and Stem Cells Research Management & Strategy Office”

Responsible for the experience + satisfaction of >200 Most Valuable Professionals (MVP) in Germany, Austria & Switzerland. I lead the Microsoft community MVP-Award Program in DACH with great direct reports; managing the relationship with customers & top influencers; grow & evolve the program population + driving first 1st and 3rd-party events. Responsible for budget, orchestration, satisfaction, communication, business and planning management, all-year strategy, reporting, relationship management and more.

Team Lead and responsible for the internal and external communication to the Sales Partners: PREMIERE, AOL und O2. Overall optimization of the Point of Sale via editorial means and the management of web portals, training, marketing incentives as well as targeted communications. Community management of sales partner management forums.
