During my apprenticeship at Avnet TS I had the chance to do an internship in the headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona for 4 weeks. It was 2 weeks in Marketing and HR each. I got great insights from a global perspective. Especially the HR Learning & Development was really interesting to me. In Marketing I was even allowed to interview one of the American colleagues and write the article which was published in the weekly newsletter.
