I am a huge social recruiting enthusiast and thanks to my recent move, I now get to share that passion with others. I've recruited in different countries and different industries, from investment banking to startups. Thanks to time spent finding candidates for recruitment roles I've learned a lot about the industry from my candidates. As a sourcing specialist, I used social media for candidate identification including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and others.

The Sandpit is a business builder for early stage tech companies principally focused on digital marketing. As Head of Talent I organized all of the HR paperwork and documents, set up HR systems for the company and looked after recruitment and HR for The Sandpit as well as the companies in the active portfolio. It was basically my job to ensure all of our teams are happy :)

Mansion House Consulting (MHC) is a niche company providing both advisory and delivery-focused consultancy services to the financial services sector, including Asset and Wealth Management, Investment banking and private banking. We operate globally with offices in London, New York, Jacksonville (FL), Frankfurt and Singapore.

I have joined the Lateral Recruitment team to support the initial stages of the recruitment process across the EMEA region. My role consisted in identifying and engaging top talent in the market in relation to positions available at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

My main responsibilities included: ⇨ mentoring junior colleagues, ⇨ taking ownership of the initial stages of the process including proactive sourcing and screening of candidates, ⇨ reporting to the relevant recruiter, ⇨ managing the referral process in the EMEA region, ⇨ regularly updating the system (CRM and ATS), ⇨ supporting the Krakow Centre by conducting French language checks.
