I was the Software Process Improvement Manager / Organization-level QA Manager for the CSD Division. I was responsible for establishing a CMM / CMMI compliant Quality Assurance program, leading the SEPG as its Chariman, and leading the process improvement initiative. As Project Manager of the IMPRESS project, I took the CSD group to Maturity Level 3 and also lead the transition to CMMI ML3 activities. Our high end televisions were soon recognized as "Best in Class" by Stiftung-Warrentest.
