The major assemblies that I worked on were Front spar, Rear spar, Torque tube, LE rib fitting, Rib assemblies of 737 INBD flap. Creation of manufacturing drawings for the same. Creation of OTP systems for inspection of the fixtures.

  Design of Composite Assemblies for Boeing 747 series aircraft such as Fiber Glass Window, Seal Blocks, Trailing Edge Wedges, Fin Tip. Design of Composite Bond Tooling for the above assemblies. Designing of Engineering tool models such as Seal blades and Seal blocks. The parts were Skin, doublers, core, fillers, seal and channels, the tooling assemblies such as Bond Assembly Jig, Ply Locating Tool, Core trim template, Drill jig, Trim jig, milling fixture was created for the same.
