- Initiated and prepared new Audit Universe for IT and Information Security objects with long-term and short-term audit plan, including review of International Standards, Best Practices and publications – ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001 etc. - Participated in project of Information Security Management System implementation and certification - ISO/IEC 27001:2013.

- Managed full life-cycle of Bank’s large and mid-size IT Infrastructure Projects; - Initiated and successfully finished project of building new Primary Data center with passed certification of TIA942 - Tier 3.

- Led Ministry’s IT Department, including, preparing and development of organization long-term IT and Information Security strategy and plans; - Initiated and successfully accomplished project of building private network between HQ and Embassies/Consulates of Georgia around the world, as a result annual budget saving of organization reached up to 700000 USD and this project became the base for future e-services provided by Ministry

- Administrated banks IT Infrastructure, including Server, DB and Data center environment; - Initiated and successfully accomplished IT Infrastructure Virtualization, which cut IT Budget expenditures for up to 40%
