 Providing pro-active service to the clients who mostly are treasury/finance professionals of corporates/banks,  Analysing the requirements of the clients and configuring them in the platform accordingly,  Visiting and training clients on the platform,  Assisting sales teams in acquisition of prospective clients,  Supporting Project and IT teams by testing the platform and delivering feedbacks from clients

I worked at Distribution Channel Management team and managed the relations with fund distributors (mainly banks) and pension funds in order to increase the sales of mutual funds. To promote our products and assist to the sales members of the fund distributors, I created and distributed marketing documents such as Fund Factsheets and KIIDs and organized regular meetings, roadshows or branch visits and represented the company in executive level meetings.

I worked in three different teams of Capital Markets Division of the company all which were responsible for product management of the different financial instruments such as mutual funds, equities, derivatives, warrants etc. I was mainly responsible for implementation of the regulatory changes or the introduction of the new financial instruments to the banks' system by working closely with front/back offices and IT teams.
