As part of the field customer care team of GATC Biotech I was responsible for our customers in North Rhine-Westphalia. My main responsibilities were: - consultation of our customer in regards of NextGen sequencing and Sanger sequencing projects - mediation of communication communication between customer and GATC internal units - organisation of marketing actions in my area of responsibility - acquisition of new customers and support of routine customers

As part of the customer service team my main tasks were: - Preparation of customized quotes with focus on Next Generation Sequencing including technical clarifications - Coordination of the whole ordering process - First contact persons for customers and sales representatives regarding quotes, technical aspects, orders and sequencing projects I was mainly responsible for Scandinavia, parts of Germany and all customers from countries outside of the European Union.
