Plannification and strategy definition for achieving higher standards in Energetic Efficiency and energy costs reduction.

Combine and Front End Equipment Manufacturing Engineer. - Establish routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation, quality plans and labor standards for revisions to on going operations and new parts or programs. - Capital Budget definition for new projects (Buildings, utilities, tooling and equipments). - Risk and ergonomic analysis for work stations. New technologies investigation to improve potentially risky operations. Leader for all Continuos Improvement projects of the area.

- Creation of an Operation manual for the drilling and laminating process for Seamless tube Mill N°2 in Tenaris Siderca, Campana. - Involved in Safety audits and Tooling committee member for plant developed tooling standardization. - Managed the survey, manufacturing plans definition, quality planning, inspection and testing for lifting devices used in the Mill.

- Responsible for the development, maintenance and correction of PFMEA (Process Failure mode and Efect Analysis) for all assembly and welnding operations of the Body plant. - Participant of BUGM (Best Under General Motors) project for the South region. This project aims to promote benchmarking between diferents units of the company. Monthly meetings were held to share new projects and quality and productivity metrics for implemented solutions in each plant.
