At LAER, my main tasks are: The analysis of technical feasibility for special projects, elaboration of material BOM to build the offers, analysis of scope and preparation of technical documentation and proposals. In addition I normally deal with customers and suppliers for negotiation.

After some successful projects projects and the graduation with MBE and Black Belt certification I was promoted and moved to the Commercail Department. The main tasks are: Analysis of technical feasibility for special projects, analysis of scope and preparation of technical documentation and proposals. Dealing with customers and suppliers for negotiation.

The company is one of the main supplier of turnouts, frogs and switch points for the biggest Brazilian logistic groups. I work directly with product project and development. The main tasks: Project development for new products in the railway field with focus on turnouts. Creation of assembly drawings and parts drawings using AutoCAD. Registration of the new product structures at the budget module in the ERP system.

At Fraunhofer Institute I used to perform experiments with a press machine to investigate material behavior after a laser irradiation. That way it was possible to use less power to reach the same results. In addition to that I used to work with data acquisition and analyses of parameters such as hardness, surface finishing and geometry for further reports, and worked with the usage of microscope and other precision measurements instruments, such as Vickers hardness testing machine and microscope.

Responsible for the creation of maintenance plans, purchase and maintenance orders, machine layouts at the work space as well as control and planning tables. Along with this this main tasks also helped the design team with elaboration of individual, assembly and overview drawings for machine renew.

Responsible for the main projects of aluminum frames and structures, and head of the structural calculation and analysis. Used to create drawings for machining, assembly and installation., as well as reviewing the production process and installation plans. Also used to deal directly with the clients.

Designer responsible for development of aluminum frames and structures, elaboration of drawings for machining and assembly. Also used to make product installation follow-up and technical manuals revision.

The main tasks for this position were: pressure vessels design, creation of individual, assembly and overview drawings for fabrication, structural calculation and analysis and review of installation procedures.

Responsible for panel assembly, maintenance and installation of electro-mechanical equipment, substation and power distribution boards.

Monitoring the general maintenance activities.

Master in Business Engineering in Quality Management Field with Black Belt Certification (368 hours)

Exchange program for studies and work between the Brazilian home University, the German University and Fraunhofer Institute.

Mechanical Engineer in a 4000 hours course. During the studies period I was part of the University Formula Team. Responsible for the new differential shaft project, the team achieved the 3rd place at National Formula competition. I also had an opportunity to be a Teacher Assistant for 5 semesters.

Graduated as Mechanical Technologist in a 2880 hours course, with specialization in machine elements projects.

Maintenance Electrician (1600 hours) course for young people with focus on industrial work.
