Led the pension payment project, an Internet service which assured payments around $600 million at month, and got a 100% reduction in fines for delays in the bank processes. It was the first bank in Chile to deliver this innovative service. • Led the Webpay Plus project -improved security for online payments with credit cards. 100% reduction of electronic fraud in tax payments. First bank in Chile offering this service. • Developed the PKI project - enabling digital signatures for electronic funds transfer
