Responsible Person for Warner Chilcott products in the Spanish market in accordance with the legal responsibilities. Technical Responsible of the Distribution Centre in Spain. Responsible to put in the market the products received by External Contract Manufacturers in Spanish and Italian market. Member of the External Operations Quality Group in Europe. Quality Site Owner for the Distribution Centres of Spain (Azkar), Italy (Phardis) and the U.K. (UDG).

Qualified Person in accordance to the European Directive. Responsible to the areas of Quality Assurance, Quality Control and the coordination with the Operational Unit and the Department of Regulatory Affairs.

I worked 13 years as Technical Director (QP) and Head of the Quality Assurance Unit (QAU). I had 120 pharmaceutical products under my responsibility, own production and outsourcing, manufactured in 25 contract manufacturers. Responsible to release aprox. 2.000 batches per year by own production

• Initial step (2 years): I worked in tasks of documented the production process. • Second step (2.5 years): I prepared the main documents relating to the implementation of GMPs . • Third step (2.5 years): I was Responsible for the Quality Control Section of Materials.
