  My position task for every day is to make sure and maintain the standard of the hotel in being a luxury five star hotel from food to service. In everyday basis I do prepare cakes, pastries for all outlet up to banquet because pastry department here in peninsula is responsible in the whole hotel. As a part of my task is also include some production as needed for cakes, pastries and bread.
