Tasks performed: _ Manage the Project in Agile by : - evaluating the risks - tracking the daily Backlog via Visual Studio and 2 weekly Stand-up meetings - manage the timeframe through Iteration and Phases - handle any unexpected problems with the team by fixing bugs/Hot Fixes. _ Operate software development on a product called Nxt Gen ( NxtControl) to satisfy the specification IEC 61499. _ Conduct Test Scenarios to ensure proper functioning of the Software during its development.
