As a Service Manager and part of the ITSM Controlling team, It is my duty to make sure that all IT Service Requests are successfully completed on time, paying special attention to the agreed SLA's and reacting to customer escalations accordingly. In direct contact with the customer's IT managers, with the support groups and the support managers as well as with the end user, I am the key point of contact in all matters regarding the orders' fulfilment.
