In Malaysia I prepare my practical thesis. The topic is : outsourcing of the spare part warehouse of MTBM. This includes a market research, cost evaluation, SWOT analysis etc. The outcome should be a recommendation of the outsourcing partner, who fits exactly to our expectations.

I was responsible for planning the direct business for the whole Asian region. In addition I did the direct reporting to CEO, CFO and regional managers of the five sub regions. Besides the direct business planning, I supported the controlling team in reducing overhead expenses due to the financial crisis.
