As founder and CEO I built and grew the company from a 2 person startup to a 10+ person digital agency specializing in new technologies with customers such as Sky, UnderArmour and LEICHT. In 2014 we were featured on CeBIT Hanover by the Federal office for Economic Affairs with our own voice controlled home automation system, which was later acquired.

Chapp creates branding experiences by letting people interact with a product in challenges for friends and by friends. As CEO I was responsible for creating the marketing strategy, refining the business model and acquiring customers as well as hiring the team. Having successfully managed the launch of the product, I moved on to found Nightadvisor.

At swebians we built one of the first international B2B platforms for the translation industry (ubyla.de). We beta-launched the platform, built a strong team and acquired first customers in Germany, France and the UK. In the end had to realize that we weren't competitive enough to keep pursuing the project. Having learned a lot and having formed a strong team that stuck together we quickly got back up and founded JTMD Innovations.
As a marketing manager at the largest german kitchen brand I was responsible for building up the Online Marketing section of the brand. I created the international strategy and implemented a controlling system, reporting directly to the executive board.
