Achievements in current position (2015 – 2019): - Setup and implementing of a new Upstream Strategy resulting in -- Reduction of production costs from 16,6 USD/boe to 6,6 USD/boe -- Increase of production from 300 000 boe/d to more than 500 000 boe/d -- Improving of reserves replacement rate (3 years average) from 70% to 160% - Executing major acquisitions and divestments in the amount of EUR 6 bn. - Built and established new OMV core regions in Russia and South East Asia

- Responsible for Exploration & Production E&P Romania and Petrom E&P International (Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkmenistan, Caspian and Black Sea Area) - Responsible for around 20 000 employees in Petrom E&P and 10 000 employees in E&P Services - Production volume approx. 200 000 barrel oil equivalent per day (more than 60 % of total OMV Group worldwide) - Accountable for offshore operations in Black Sea (7 operating platforms)

- Define relevant KPI’s and benchmark with relevant peer group in CEE and best in class companies - Design of concept and managing restructuring program in Petrom E&P - Set up projects & tasks packages including detailed measures and actions for various operating areas - Advise to the EP Board on special subjects

- Certification of project manager in Austria according to IPMA-Standard - Develop and improve project management, implement and be supportive to the profession project manager in Austria - Responsible for Controlling by PMA

- Prepare and manage the annual Invest Program, Expense Program and R&E Program, all-up annual program budget more than € 130 Mio. - Managing Project Management department, Project Office, Engineering department and Investment department - Responsibility for training, hiring and leading of personnel - Ensure and develop project management processes, project controlling, project reporting and economy in project
