- Process the check-in and check-out processes in a timely and professional manner - Answer guest inquiries - Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day - Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. - Check and monitor due out rooms status - Pre-assign suites for any special requests such as early arrival, near elevator, connecting suites and etc. - Review guest ledger balances and coordinate with International Marketing
