Jody Reece 250 RYT (in process) - I began practicing yoga in 2000. A sense of well being, focus, education, travel, balance & flexibilty are benefits of my practice. Always a student, I attend classes regulary. I enjoy visiting a variety of teachers with different styles & philosophies. There is always something new to learn and I bring that into my classroom.
