-Analysis and planning of MRP demands and guarantee of supply of the production line. -Creation and management of PRs (Purchase Requisitions) and POs (Purchase Orders). -Follow-up procedures and management of orders. -Contact with aircraft suppliers located in Europe and USA. -Monitorization of the receipt of materials

-Providing effective communication and professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers (40 emails/day). -Creation of shopping carts for end users of PHILIPS. -Responding quickly to queries (emails/calls) and solving problems related to Purchase Orders. -Contacting clients and suppliers, in Portuguese, English and Spanish, to solve problems with the orders and overdue deliveries (from 30 to 40 calls per week). -Maintenance of high quality of reports such as KPIs and fulfillment of the SLA

-Management and support in international projects. -Preparation of the needed documents for shipping such as: bill of lading, proof of ownership of the good, certificate of origin, pro-forma invoice, packaging list. -Translation of documents and reports from English into Portuguese and vice versa. -Support in the trade relations and contact with business partners in Angola and Israel.

-Support the Manager in the activities of the Unit. -Update on credit information and database of the clients, work with financial information. -Approach and business plan for new products and services. -Dealing with requests from customers and suppliers

-Support in the office in dealing with customers and with sales. -Contact with suppliers and execution of orders. -Billing with SAGE RETAIL and management of accounts payable and receivable.
