Responsible for a web application based on .Net and C# used by FIFA and CONCACAF for travel, transportation and protocol management during their events with approximately 300 users worldwide, responsible for the relationship with clients leading the support team located in Zurich and the development team located in Barcelona. Activities includes release management, resources planning and team’s career development.

Promoted to the off-site team leader, responsible for the coordination of the SAP BI/BW development team located in Brazil who maintained the MIS. Also responsible for the project management of SAP BI/BW architecture project, which added a reporting layer with pre-calculated KPI, tasks included project planning, controlling the team based in Switzerland and Brazil, and reporting status to stakeholders. It successfully delivered an improvement of more than 50% in reporting time.

Joined the team as the global technical support of a Management Information System (MIS), working with the IT Shared Service Centers within Holcim group supporting its yearly cycle implementation.

Responsible for the maintenance of MIS that is rolled-out yearly to companies within Holcim group. Tasks included data modeling and related documentation, development of reports based on queries and workbooks, data extraction routines using standard and customized extractors, advanced data loading techniques such as Analysis Process Designer (APD) and process chains. Also responsible for the MIS development process review decreasing the number of issues reported by final users in more than 15%.

AstraZeneca (Pharmaceutical) project – joined the off-site team as ABAP consultant for a SAP R/3 upgrade project. Promoted as the development team leader acting as the focal point between the client based in Delaware, US and the off-site team located in Brazil, coordinating the development and maintenance of existing tools for MM, SD, PP and CO-PA modules including ALV Reports, Function Modules, BAPIs, I-Docs and Data Migration.

Walgreens (Pharmacy Chain) project – joined the project as the Development Team Leader for a Healthcare system based on JAVA technology. Responsible for the coordination of an off-site team located in Brazil including user requirements phase in Chicago, US, project scoping, project planning using critical path and milestones, resources allocation, integration tests coordination and PMO activities including status report and budget report to stakeholders.

Responsible for the development using ALV Reports, On-Line tools, Batch-Inputs, BADIs, Function Modules for the MM, PP, SD, CO, FI, PM and HR modules since the conceptual phase up to go-live in seven SAP projects including two full implementation projects for several business segments such as textile, consumer products, cosmetics, metallurgy and telecommunications.

CAD/CAM user manuals and marketing brochure translation: English to Portuguese.

Responsible for the support of CAD/CAM solutions to clients in the national territory including software implantation, user training, hardware and software setup.
