Jishnu Prasad

I am Jishnu Prasad based out of Mumbai, India at present. In my current role as a Process Manager for Supplier Onboarding at eClerx Services Ltd, I have led a cross-functional team in developing and implementing a streamlined onboarding process. This resulted in a 30% reduction in onboarding time and increased supplier satisfaction. One of my key strengths is my ability to establish effective communication channels with clients and stakeholders. I am experienced in managing relationships with clients from Europe, Australia, New Zealand, USA, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. My fluent Mandarin (Chinese) speaking ability has enabled me to single-handedly assist clients in these regions for over 12 years. I would like to share that my family and I are planning a relocation to Germany, specifically Düsseldorf. My wife is currently employed in Düsseldorf, and we believe that this move would provide us with the chance to create a stable and enriching environment for our children.
