Implementation of accounting and administrative system. Development of policies, processes, procedures of operations and internal control.Management of electronic banking. Control and analysis of cash flow. Preparation of Budget and forecast. Budget control by production center (4 plants, 9 cost centers).

Consolidation, analysis and presentation of financial statements with B-10. Reporting of financial statements to headquarters (Luxemburg). Preparation and control of quarterly and yearly budget. Variance Analysis. Determination and presentation of local and federal taxes. Update of fiscal situation, got tax refunds (VAT). In charge of accounting area (accounts payable, accounts receivable, Interco, taxes, human resources, invoicing). In charge of treasury/banking operations. Attention to audits
