My role is to educate planners on the value of native mobile app usage for their events. From advising the best ways to implement first time mobile app usage to helping find ways to assist those early adopters and increase adoption rates throughout your event life cycle. My key areas of focus are: 1. To deliver informed, consultancy based appropriate solutions. 2. Be on hand to respond to any questions. 3. Use my industry knowledge and creativity to help you arrive at an informed solution.

Working with the front of house team to provide optimal customer service to the thousands of visitors to the palace. My job involved anyalsing process effectiveness, developing the staff skill base, liaising with cross palace departments to ensure that functions, private tours, daily vists and new projects run smoothly with the operations department.

My job involves ensuring visitor satisfaction on a daily basis to HM Tower of London. I am responsible for designated areas of the building coordinating the security aspect of my job with the customer experience; answering questions about the artifacts within our care.
