Responsible for a 19 state Division within GMACM. Managed production in excess of a billion dollars in new construction financing alone. I directed business development, relationship management, recruiting, training, operations liaison, marketing and strategic planning. In my first full year of operation, annual production volume in in new construction business was tripled. Was #1 in overall production in the United States for all of GMACM in 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Developed new business opportunities through establishment of strategic partnerships with residential homebuilders and developers. Guided recruitment of operational and support staff; training of Home Mortgage Consultants; identification of key accounts; development of strategic plans to capture new assignments; creation and presentation of marketing campaigns and proposals; weekly sales calls, relationship management, oversight of daily activities and bottom-line responsibility for Profit & Loss.

Built new business Division for this Fortune 500 multi-national engineering company. Researched and analyzed viability of concept, and secured senior management support. Prepared business plan and strategies to create and operate a fee-based consulting group. Implemented business strategies, developed new business opportunities, managed client relationships, created detailed marketing plans, made recommendations to executive clientele and successfully put into action independent and joint plans.

Successfully managed business / legal activities of this start-up company, helping it grow quickly to become an international leader in its field. Directed contract negotiations, drafting and enforcement; regulatory compliance; and intellectual property protection. Trained and developed franchise owners and employees; supervised franchise sale transactions. Negotiated international consulting contracts for business development, and helped establish framework for business models in foreign countries.
