Global Lead for over 4 projects for Back-office analysis and debugging of defects in UE chipsets comprising a team of 10 engineers. Worked on work estimation, assignment, budgeting, risk assessment and resource planning.

Project: Analysis of LTE IOT and Field Test Protocol Stack Failures (System Back-Office) Responsibility includes debugging of failures seen in IOT and Field Test in LTE/UMTS/GSM UE Stack for Intel Mobile Communications. Worked as Lead PoC to the customer. Failures needed to be root-caused to the right sub-component. Worked on debugging and bring-up of VoLTE, IRAT, Dual-SIM and data KPI campaigns.

Worked on stress, performance and availability testing of CDMA Radio Access Network. Testing was performed using expect, shell and QTP scripts to test functionality. Involved with generation of threshold call-loads to monitor performance impacts like outages, memory leaks, high CPU utilization, slow response times, call drop rate on base station controllers. Worked primarily on Base Station Controllers (BSC) and Network Management System.
