Eibert (TUM) The invention proposes a novel PCB transition that enables connecting a standard BGA package to a waveguide antenna using a low-cost interposer for application at mm-Wave frequencies (76-81GHz). PCB layout & production coordination, partnering with external suppliers to execute the development activities.

Simulated Full-Chain (package reference plane to waveguide) using proposed waveguide transition design for improved performance.
