In this role, my responsibilities are to manage the HR information system for the same company and automate the processes internally for HR. Reporting, Onboarding/offboarding, Approval process, Employee database feeding other systems (CRM, ERP, Travel and expense, Reporting app etc). I manage the global HR processes from IT point of view.

My responsibilities include almost everything from analyzing the needs of the business, to gather requirements, plan and develop solutions to meet the demand. I work cross functionally and may it be design of process, developing a solution (process automation, app development, analytics and BI, CRM process, HRIS process), I work on all of that. I try to build sustainable solutions globally for all functions in my company, those are data driven and practical.

As a Microsoft Platform and Cloud Based application suite i.e. O365 and Sharepoint Expert intern, my responsibilities and tasks include helping team in ways to use O365 apps suite efficiently, contributing Team in Continuous Improvement Methodologies (Lean Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma), designing team sites (intranet) on Sharepoint Online, improving designs, to create performance reports using Microsoft Power BI tool, IT Support not limited to recommendations and solutions to problems.
