My role is to provide strategy, guidance, and support to our management team and to continue to grow Austin Fraser's presence across the US. As well as this I am also learning and understanding our customers' business, sharing my expertise & guidance, challenging them with new & innovative ideas, and bringing solutions that make a real impact to their bottom line. Being a true business partner who clients can rely on as an extension of their own business.

Starting at Impact IT in October 2007 as junior consultant I had a keen passion for web technology the role naturally moved towards specialising in the web domain. With the recruitment industry being saturated with recruitment consultants I wanted to differentiate and offer an honest, professional recruitment service measured on results. In 2010 i took up the role of Principal consultant managing a team of 10 consultants as well as continuing to place candidates on a permanent or contract basis.
