I´m responsible for optimization and development of process steps to make the production of heavy metal alloys more efficiently. In this position I´m the lead of different big modernization projects where a interdivisional internal and external teamwork is necessary.

I´m engineer in the SQM team (Supplier Quality Management). I´m responsible for technical and quality topics/projects to ensure and improve the raw material (ceramic sheets) quality based on cooperations with ceramics suppliers worldwide.

Development of new and improvement or exisiting ceramic materials for AMB and DBC products.

- Technical responsibilty for the complete chinaware production line. - Installation of a new debindering furnace (in 2009 biggest one its kind worldwide) - Introduction of a new production planning and control system (UPOS)

- Development and improvement of SOFC materials. - Development of carbide metalls to protect pipes from abrasion.

Diploma thesis: Improvement of the polishing process for linses out of SF-glass with the goal to improve the surface quality.
